Why bother making an nrg image when it's much more easier and accurate to directly work on the .iso file of an iso/wav/cue set that you can mount with Daemon Tools or even directly load via the Cuesheet with Mednafen to test your changes.wachenroder a écrit :I then ran the cuesheet through Nero which produced an NRG image

hi everyone!
Thank you for your replies again!
as I suspected, it was the program I was using that was giving me a hard time. after I downloaded Power ISO, everything started working
I'm using Magic Engine 1.0 to do the testings, but I also like Ootake.
so far I've gotten Xanadu II, Sapphire, and Fatal Fury Special to work.
I'm really impressed by Xanadu II, really great graphics that are SFC quality.
I'm going to try find some games and see which ones are fun to translate. First I want to stick to something simple like a shooter before I move onto an RPG.
I think I want to try Cho Aniki. its such a strange game that I'm surprised no one wanted to translate.
can anyone reccomend me some good strategy RPG or action rpg for PC Engine that is not translated into English?

Cho aniki & Ai cho aniki.....
We're wondering what's this all about.... but great great games !
Well no RPG but action RPG ? both Xanadu 1 & 2 , but i prefer the 2nd wich is nicer , i also think at Popfull mail . It's fun but to read you it looks like you've just discovered the PC Engine yesterday and then "why not translate a game ??? " , just fun.
Most are RPG , the few interresting A-RPG yet exist in english ,there's also XAK 3 wich is a great game but i've already finished it in japanese. The last i think of is "ruin' but someone told me it wasn't difficult in japanese.
