what are the best jump n runs on the pce in your opinion?

Kato&Ken Chan is a very good one, maybe my favorite on the system. The PC Kid series, Makyou Densetsu are very good platformers too.
I also recommand Mizubaku Daiboken.

only on hucards right ?

All of those games are available on HuCARD system.

If you look for CD games, you can choose Valis series, or Wonderboy III.

On HuCARD, you can add Bikkuriman World, The New Adventure Island.

I think Shubi has a crush on this game, and he's not the only one, but many people think this game is quite bad as well. You could be disappointed.

The Pc Genjin series are more popular, specially #2

Son Son 2 is top notch as well.

On CD, Shubibiman 3 is quite good, despite some annoying bugs.
