convert pce rom 2 pce cd ?

is there a way to convert 1 pce rom to 1 pce cdrom ?
or perhaps more with a menu or stuff like that.

just a stupid Q .. i know

in know that it isnt possible on a megadrive cd.

With my opinion, it's not possible. Playing an hucard rom on a CDRom’² needs some development. See Super Hucard Zeograd's project here.
