I totally missed your messages stevek666, both here and PCEngineFx !
Do you know how much did it go for ?... I have Soldier Blade from the same series I think, they both share the same HuCard design (can we still call this a HuCard though ?)
Thanks again for warning me about this... shame I missed it...
I may contact the buyer and ask him to send me a couple of scans, and maybe some information. And I'll post a review on my site...
Hi! I know the seller was asking ~ $80 USD.
It stinks that you missed it!
I saved the photograph that appeared in the thread, but that's all I have, unfortunately.
Anyway, I wanted to tell you that I have seen a 4-in-1 pirate HuCard that included:
1. "Boxyboy" - (I forget the Japanese title)
2. "Blodia"
3. and two more puzzle games like ...
4. (i.e. probably Cratermaze / Doreamon )
It was definitely in the same series as
this 4-in-1 HuCard.
I used to have a picture that I saved from an ebay auction, but I must have lost it over the years. Regardless, the HuCard (both back and front) had the same layout as the one you have.
Also, in case you missed it, bt garner mentioned (at pcenginefx.com) that he owns a *third* 4-in-1 HuCard that (most likely) was made by the same pirates. Plus, he has 3 "standard" pirate HuCards:
I have the following "pirated" PCE HuCards:
Formation Soccer Human Cup '90 (HuGO Soft 251-103)
Mahjong Gakuen Touma Shiro Tojo (HuGO Soft 251-125)
Splatterhouse (King TL89003)
4-in-1 (#3) (King TL89003)
the #3 4-in-1 contains Bomberman, R-Type II, Alien Crush and Kaizou Ningen Shubibinman
The last 2 have the same catalog number since "King" just used the same case but replaced the manual. ..they both just simply say "PC-E GAME" on the spine).

I'm sure bt garner would be more than happy to supply you with scans / photos of these pirated HuCard -- just provide him with a link to your site so he knows that his labor will be worth it

.
Feel free to say that I suggested you ask him for scans -- this can serve as the ice-breaker, deflecting attention away from you and making your request sound less imposing
