For official ROM, there is one archive for Japan ROM, one for US Rom and one for System-cards ROM.

I have to put US ROM patched to be playable on Japan hardware without any problem.

What do you mean with "programmer" ? The PC USB interface ? Mine came from this shop , it was sold in a box with both flashcard & interface(and a small cd).

yep exactly ... i have seen long time ago a package with flash + usb writer in one "fancy" plasticbox.
but i dont see it on the website/shop. and the guys there not so friendly with msn/email contact. :/
